About the program
What is Impulse Inaitec?
Impulse is Inaitec’s incubation program. It consists of three years of structured work with small businesses and innovative projects that have already moved beyond the planning stage and need a strategy to grow.
The program begins with a technical assessment of your company, evaluated across eight dimensions of maturity. This assessment results in an Individual Development Plan. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach: the plan is tailored to your company’s specific needs and reviewed with you on a regular basis.
Throughout the program, you’ll have follow-up meetings, access to the infrastructure at the Pedra Branca Technology Park, and the opportunity to test your solution in a real-world environment at the Pedra Branca Laboratory.

Before: Acelera Pedra Branca
If your project is still at the idea or early validation stage, the journey begins with Acelera Pedra Branca, Inaitec’s pre-incubation program. It prepares projects to enter Impulse with tested hypotheses and a minimum level of traction. Participation is not mandatory, but it is the natural pathway for many of the companies that go on to be incubated.

Application and Selection
A rolling admissions process. Applications are submitted through a form and assessed based on growth potential, degree of innovation, and fit with the park’s ecosystem.

Diagnosis and Assessment
Your company is assessed across eight dimensions of maturity, resulting in a consolidated score and a technical assessment.

Partnership Proposal and Agreement
Once your admission is approved, you receive a partnership proposal from Inaitec detailing the support package and participation terms.

Developing the IDP
Individual Development Plan: definition of the priority areas of work, deliverables for each area, timeline, and performance indicators.
- 06
Development Cycle
Execution of the IDP with periodic follow-up. Review meetings, mentoring tailored to the areas defined in the plan, access to the park’s infrastructure and the Pedra Branca City Lab, and connections with investors, companies, and educational institutions within the ecosystem.
