Our history

From 2010 to today: 15 years that changed the map of innovation in the South.

From the inaugural class of 12 startups in 2013 to 200+ companies installed today, every milestone on our timeline is also a milestone for the Pedra Branca ecosystem.

    Foundation

    Inaitec is born within Pedra Branca Park as an applied innovation institute.

  2. 2013

    First acceleration

    Launch of the Acelera Pedra Branca program — 12 startups in the inaugural cohort.

  3. 2017

    Open innovation

    First open innovation challenges with major corporations from Santa Catarina.

  4. 2020

    Regional hub

    Consolidation as the largest urban innovation hub in Southern Brazil.

  5. 2023

    200+ companies

    The ecosystem surpasses 200 companies installed in Pedra Branca Park.

    15 years

    Anniversary marked by the expansion of physical structure and new verticals.
